19 pounds in two weeks with vinegar diet

I realized that I was overweight so I had my sister take me to a nutritionist.
After she weighed me and figured out my BMI she told me that I must lose a certain amount of weight. So she gave me a diet. It was a pretty normal one.
Eat toast and egg fried in one tsp of olive oil with a grapefruit half or a bagel with low fat cream cheese and three strawberries for breakfast.
Eat a salad with baked chicken or a tortilla wrap with grilled chicken or baked fish with a bit of veggies for lunch or dinner.
No munching whatsoever, no juice except half a glass of orange juice a day since I don't like apple juice. Two snacks allowed per day mostly of fruits with a high acidic content like strawberries.
I wasn't allowed to eat after 7.30 pm. And before each meal I had to drink water with 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar. And at the end of two weeks she would weigh me and see how I'm progressing along.
Each week I lost 9 pounds by following this diet. Now I won't lie and say I didn't slip up some and I sneaked a snack or two but I just threw some vinegar in front of it and before I knew it, I was losing weight rapidly.
The taste of vinegar may be horrible but I will always love it because it has helped me to gain a better life. :)
