ACV for African American Hair

I am transitioning from a relaxer to natural coily/curly hair and ACV has made the difference in my transition.
I use many different ways and no matter how I use it I am always pleased with my results. I've used it straight, with essential oils, with aloe vera gel, coconut oil, horsetail, chia seeds, before and after shampoo and I always end up with beautiful hair.
My fave mixture - an ounce of ACV, an ounce of aloe vera gel (Braggs ACV and GNC brand aloe vera gel), one teaspoon of Nutiva Coconut Oil or less if your hair is naturally oily, one or two drops of Rosemary essential oil. Use this mixture after shampooing but before conditioner. This is the best recipe for my hair if I plan on blow drying/flat ironing. My hair gets bone straight!
Sometimes I also mix an ounce of ACV, 2 or 3 tbs of Olive oil, a drop or two of Rosemary essential oil, and a drop or two of Tea Tree Oil and about a teaspoon cayenne pepper together add leave on overnight before shampooing to stimulate my scalp and to loosen dandruff - it feels so good. You may need to make adjustments to the ingredients depending on your hair length and type.
ACV works!! It is the main ingredient for everything else working so well in my humble opinion... I love it! My hair is shiny, soft, and beautiful! Just be careful not to use to much of the oils if you want naturally bouncy hair.
