ACV helping with sinus infection

I suffer from sinus problems (infections and sinus headaches)and I don't have insurance so when I get sick I have to tough it out.
Usually I take over the counter meds and load up on vitamin c.
I happen to look online for natural cures/relief from sinusitis/infections and found out about apple cider vinegar. I decided to try it and man am I convinced!
I took 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water 3 times a day. I didn't feel any effects the 1st day. The 2nd day I was sneezing and hacking up green stuff. By the 3rd day all better! Usually when I get sinusitis I'm sick no lie for a week.
I told my parents about it (who are diabetic). They are going to try it, because supposedly it also lowers your blood sugar. So I'll let you know how their experience comes out!

OUi, mon taux de sucre pouvait aller jusqu'à 170, mais se maintenait surtout entre 140 et 148 mg/dl (7,8 et 8,2 mmol/L).
Mais depuis que je bois du vinaigre de cidre de pomme, mon taux se maintient entre .. -
