ACV instantly cleared flaky scalp

(England, United Kingdom)

French translation

About ten months ago I stopped using shampoo completely, using baking soda to clean my hair if it gets oily or smelly.

While shaking the shampoo habit has been a great success, the one thing I still had trouble with was flakes (dandruff or dry skin - I don't know).

Recently, I poured a couple of tablespoons of ACV into my palm, rubbed it into my hair and scalp and
rinsed with cool water.

The flakes disappeared instantly and my skin has been feeling healthier and softer.

I am a believer
by: Mary (Lowell, MA USA)

My sister told me to try a baking soda, vinegar mixture in the shower rather than shampoo and conditioner.

So on March 17th I switched to this new regime and continued with it until a week and a half ago.

I ran out and returned to shampoo, conditioner. I am now back to the baking soda/vinegar and will never look back! I had so many knots in my hair with the shampoo and now I don't.

I am 59 and have curly shoulder length hair.

Thanks for giving a better solution for my dandruff issue. I have been feeling so irritated due to the presence of dandruff on my hair. After using ACV, I have not bothered about dandruff. Go ahead with such worthy posts.

Be careful with sodium bicarbonate!!
by: Anonymous

Hello,

Be careful with sodium bicarbonate. At first, it seems to help the hair, but later it breaks it.

I have used vinegar since childhood to rinse my hair and I have never had a problem with dandruff.
