Many people are skeptical about trying new or old solutions for weight loss.
I first heard about the Vinegar diet in 1997. I did not try it back then because I was 17 and thought hey it's just weight that will eventually go away, and it did for a little while.
All my life I have struggled with weight issues. I am now 31 and am trying this diet along with exercise and have seen promising results. The results are enough for me to continue to use the ACV diet plan.
I also enjoy vinegar in my water, it adds a tangy flavor that is different from the norm.
I encourage people to try it because even if 3 pounds does not sound like a lot it is enough when you have tried everything.
