ACV Kills Hunger Pangs !!!!

At the end of May 2008 I weighed 237 and decided to start taking ACV diluted in water as a "cleansing fast" but soon discovered other wonderful benefits.
Very soon I realized that although I didn't feel hunger on the fast, I was getting light headed (while driving!). So I quit fasting but continued to drink daily a quart of water containing 1/4 cup of ACV (I use Trader Joe's unfiltered) and 4 tablespoons of Splenda.
I am also walking my Chihuahua about 4 evenings a week for 40 minutes, and following a simple "no flour, no sugar, no red meat" diet. At the end of July I weighed 217.
I wasn't expecting to not feel hunger while taking ACV but that is exactly what happened to me. Other benefits are that I really feel calmer, more in control of not just eating but personal relationships too.
Another benefit is that I don't have the urge to void as frequently. Perhaps ACV has a similar acidity to cranberry juice. My bladder is calmer as well, and I have not had a bladder infection since starting this ACV regimen.
I'm very impressed with ACV and believe that it is a helpful tool to any sensible weight loss plan. If you are not hungry, it is certainly easier to stick to a diet plan.
