ACV stopped me from getting split ends

However, I had long thought about going natural and tried ACV for my blonde hair.
The results after the first usage were awesome, so I kept on doing it. I didn't need any other products besides ACV! No shampoo, no conditioner, and yet my hair was clean and soft after ACV rinse.
After some time I also realized that my hair didn't have any split ends either! Don't know how that worked but I love it ;)
I use 1 cup of water, to which I mix 1 tbs of ACV, olive oil and honey, and then spray it all over my hair. You may need to modify the recipe to suit your hair:)

OUi, mon taux de sucre pouvait aller jusqu'à 170, mais se maintenait surtout entre 140 et 148 mg/dl (7,8 et 8,2 mmol/L).
Mais depuis que je bois du vinaigre de cidre de pomme, mon taux se maintient entre .. -
