ACV the Cellulite Buster!!

I thought my lack of cellulite was genetic from my Dads side of the family and because I was naturally thin. (You guessed it!, my mother and Aunts, and Grandmother had severe weight issues.)
I started modeling at age 16 (I was living on my own and self supporting and had graduated high school)and I never really thought about my weight which at the time ranged from 115lbs to 118lbs, and my height was 5'7 + 3/4" (I knew I'd never make it big time, I was too short and my nose is on the large size, but what the hey!).
The owners of the academy where I was trained were my agents as well, and they and some of the instructors said I needed to lose weight because I was too heavy in the photo shoots and on film.
I remembered a book(novel actually) that I had read where the girl in it was fed vinegar to get rid of her baby fat.
I bought ACV thinking that since it had a stronger unique aroma and a very strong distinct taste it would work better.
I lost weight fast. I went down to 103lbs. My agents now said I was too thin because you could count the ribs in my upper chest. They thought I was under 100lbs, like that really mattered?! Anyway I adjusted my intake of the ACV and eating habits and kept my weight to 110 - 115lbs.(My agents didn't complain at least.)
I was 20 years old and our agency models went to New York, NY for a stint. My Roomies were talking about their ugly Cellulite. I really didn't know what Cellulite was, I'd never heard of it before. They thought I was nuts, and proceeded to show me on their thighs by squeezing their leg what it looked like. I was appalled. They said I had it too. I couldn't get my leg/s to show the same dimpling, so they tried. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY!! They drove me nuts asking what I was doing to keep it at bay, what I was or wasn't eating, what exercises I did, if I saran wrapped myself etc.... I didn't have an answer for them right away because I didn't really know exactly what Cellulite was or what caused it.
After we came back to Canada and I found out what I needed to know about Cellulite, I realized it wasn't what I was doing, exercising etc...., IT WAS WHAT I WAS DRINKING!! APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!!!
You got it!, I was taking 2 tablespoons 3 to 4 times a day whether I was having a meal or not.
BUT DON'T make the mistake I made!! I got so paranoid about getting Cellulite that I consumed soooo much ACV weekly I broke out in hives!!!
Needless to say I stopped using ACV until until my hives went away, which didn't take long, and started using it again they way I had previously.
I stopped modeling, married, had kids, stopped taking ACV and really didn't notice a change in my body until I became Peri-Menopausal. Suddenly I have a weight issue that I NEVER had to concern myself with before. I couldn't figure it out and Doctors really weren't any help at all! You know,... it's just the change happening, your metabolism is slowing down, you and your body will adjust with a little more exercise and less calorie intake etc.... Yeah RIGHT!!
Light bulb moment happened! I've started taking ACV again the same way I use to. 2 Tablespoons 3-4 times a day whether I eat or not, and the pounds are just comfortably melting away (not too fast, 'cause I don't want any saggy skin issues!) The appearance of my aging skin has greatly improved as well etc..., but that's another story.
ACV has decreased my appetite as well, which is great as far as I'm concerned, I did slack a bit what I ate and when. Bowel movements increased - flushing out all that bad fat.
***I saw and felt results after starting ACV after three days! Especially when I realized it WAS the ACV working, not any drastic changes I did to my habits (which I didn't do). But at my age now I do think I better get some more fresh air and walk some, 'cause I do have a heart and such to look after as well.
I hope my life experience helps people. The maximum intake of ACV I personally will injest now is a total of 12 tablespoons in a day and that will more than likely be at the holiday season, but I'll wait for that time to come. I just may not have to nor feel the need.
Sincerely.
