I first heard it on the news and since I'm pretty lazy, I thought it would be perfect for me, but I've never believed in sudden weight loss without exercise.
When I started, I thought I might not be able to keep going because of the taste but after a while you get use to it.
Its been 2 WEEKS and I lost 5lbs! I'm going to try to do some exercise so it can help. I know 5 pounds isn't a lot but for me it is. I've been gaining about 10 lbs per year.
Although I have to say that it doesn't make me full, it actually feels as if it were emptying my stomach and it makes me more hungry but I try to eat fruits so satisfy my hunger between meals.
I hope this helps anyone who hasn't tried it.
