I began taking (Bragg's) ACV two weeks ago.
I do 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day. I have lost 6 pounds already!
I am NOT generally an overweight person to begin with, but I have added about 15 extra pounds over the last 2-3 years.
My goal is to loose those 15 lbs. My biggest problem is the night time snacking for 'entertainment'. I also have entered into peri-menopause which has also added to my weight increase.
After saying that, I swear by this stuff! (and it's WAAYYY cheaper than getting those HCG shots I was considering...)
At first I had a little difficulty with the taste, but now I am actually very used to it. It also seems to help my craving for my favorite salt and vinegar potato chips too! I do straight shots to the back of my throat and chase it with water.
I even add it to my salads. I just don't get hungry anymore when taking it!

To protect the enamel of your teeth, vinegar should be diluted with water from the start (followed by rinsing your mouth with straight water after) or be taken with food.
