Since turning 40, weight has gradually crept on and stayed on. My pants were a tight size 10 and I was faced with either buying new bigger clothes or changing my diet.
I read about ACV helping with weight loss, so I gave it a try. I personally think it tastes horrible, but I began losing 1-2 pounds a week with very little change in my usual routine.
I started walking 1 mile 3 times a week and watched my portion sizes. I am still working on losing weight but it is much easier because somehow I am not as hungry as I used to be. I only take 2 tablespoons of ACV in the morning and I am still not that hungry in the evening.
What is more impressive is that I am having to buy new clothes anyway. In 4 months, I am wearing a loose size 8 and hope to have to go down another size in another month.
I keep waiting to hit a plateau but the weight just comes off about 1 pound a week. I have lost 6 inches in my waist! It's hard to believe something so easy, works so well. I'm so glad I read about the benefits of ACV and put it to the test.
