I heard about the ACV for weight on my local radio station, and am willing to try just about anything just about now.
I am a big girl so to follow routine exercises are very challenging, I am looking for something easy and simple to incorporate in my eating healthy plan, an will try the ACV diet.
Today is my first day drinking ACV, and I am excited to see the result. My son was laughing at me because I had too much ACV instead of water which woke up my eyes and toes instantly after my first sip.
Currently, my weight is 19? lbs, I am hoping to loos 30 lbs by June 27 by drinking ACV three times a day before meals.
