Horrid Dandruff :(

I've had horrible dandruff problems for almost a year now.
I tried everything at the pharmacies, which only seemed to dry out my curly hair and dry scalp more.
After months I couldn't take the itching and flaking anymore and I went to the dermatologist. She gave me some prescription shampoo and scalp treatment.
The shampoo sucked because I had to use it every day and washing my hair every day kills it. Anyone with curly hair knows what I'm talking about.
Also, it would sort of work but then the one day I decided to skip it the crazy itching was back on full strength.
I looked on line for home cures and today is my first day of using an apple cider rinse and I'm really hoping it will work out because I've read great things about it.
I'll post back in a couple days but right now my scalp feels okay, not as itchy as usual. I shampooed my hair today but tomorrow I'll just do the rinse after I wet my hair in the shower. So many people have different methods of what to do with it.

OUi, mon taux de sucre pouvait aller jusqu'à 170, mais se maintenait surtout entre 140 et 148 mg/dl (7,8 et 8,2 mmol/L).
Mais depuis que je bois du vinaigre de cidre de pomme, mon taux se maintient entre .. -
