And now my hair is thick and long and everyone loves it.

It looks so beautiful thank you for your website, and ACV also reduces itching.

I was happy to read that [olive oil] helped Kirkanna to get thicker hair.
However, getting thicker hair from the use of olive oil may not work for everybody but it will definitely improve the overall health and vitality of your hair.

OK, here is some information about an olive oil treatment for the hair you can use before using the ACV rinse.

First, it is best to have a good quality olive oil to start from, that is a [cold-pressed oil]. This kind of oil still has the vitamins, minerals and enzymes found in the olives from which it is made.
You should try to get the very best, that is a cold-pressed, [extra virgin oil], made from [organic olives].

Put a little oil in a bowl, dip your fingers in it and massage the oil into your scalp using your finger tips (not the nails!). Cover your entire scalp. Depending on the thickness and length of your hair, it maybe easier to first brush your hair through and then part your hair with a comb as you go along.

Once you are finished, cover your hair with a plastic bag held in place with a hair clip or a towel and wait for 30 minutes or so.

Once the wait is over, wash your hair with your favorite shampoo (you may need a little more than usual) then finish up with the apple cider vinegar rinse.
