I'm a 16-year-old and I'm in high school, so everyday I wake up at around 5 for breakfast.
Before eating anything, I will drink 1 cup of hot water and then a glass of ACV then eat breakfast.
I used to have REALLY BAD CRAVINGS/BINGES in the EVENING ESPECIALLY ON CARBS/FATTENING FOODS (chocolates, candies, BISCUITS, CEREAL, CONDENSED MILK, PEANUT BUTTER) but I realized I don't crave if I take ACV :D
