I am upset with my weight..so I thought to take acv.

I went to shop and bought 5% acv. I am taking from past two weeks but not yet reduced even one kilo.

I am taking 2tsp in 8oz of water before meal two times a day...

When I take ACV I notice a decrease in appetite.
Cravings disappear, I feel better. Sleep better.

It's a good product.

I did not get on scale yet but it's 2 days shy of 1 month for me on ACV and I can tell you it has the worst taste for me. It's really bad if you drink it mixed with cold water, warm is better.

I do see that my top part of my body looks slimmer and my mid area is down, getting flatter.

My back fat is thinned out drastically, my cellulite on my legs is almost gone.

I have not even really been working out other than light weight 5-10 minutes a day and eating three lighter meals which is easy because I don't even feel like eating any more on ACV.

It makes you so full, some days I have to make my self eat. Some days I am a little more greedy.

But still always eat 50% less than my old me so if I would step on a scale now I would expect to be about 6 -8 pounds thinner.

Plus I put a little more ACV in my 8 0Z glass like 2 and half ACV.

I love it, think it's awesome to mix with walking, biking, running .

Lost 2 pounds in a week with ACV, no diet

I have been taking it tea like.

I boil water, put it in a mug and add two caps full of ACV with a teaspoon of honey.

I've lost 2 pounds in a week.

what else can you put acv in besides water

i just starting using this but i put it in with cranbery juice. is that ok i didnt like it in water.

Don't use the grocery store brand ACV!

Hi there!

Don't use the grocery store brand ACV. I have read that this doesn't work or work as well. Must use the organic kind with the mother. Bragg's ACV can be found in your local health food store or even in places like Vitamin Shoppe.

I started drinking 2-tablespoons of acv twice a day about 2-months ago to help decrease my blood pressure. I began noticing that I was losing weight and I wasn't really trying. I then went on line and discovered that acv can help with weight loss. My blood pressure has decreased some and hopefully if I continue to loose weight it will drop even more. Over the past 2-months, I have lost 6 lbs. I am so glad I listened to my Mom and Grandma about first trying to use acv to decrease my borderline HBP! It's been working for me!

i am 24 year old.
*i use to get up around 5.30am.
*6 to 7 i do exercise(cycling and thread mill from past one week)
*i have two tsp of ACV and 2tsp lemon juice in 8oz of warm water
*i do have three wheat breads,lunch around 1 pm small cup of rice and wheat bread.
" 3pm carrot salad
*around 6pm fruit salad(option)
*around 8pm "2 tsp of ACV with water" before my dinner.

this acv contains 5% acid.

Hi Meenu,

For most people, weight loss with apple cider vinegar does take time, so you can't expect results after just 10 days.

D.C. Jarvis, M.D. said in his book - "Folk Medicine" - that apple cider vinegar was widely used for weight loss in Vermont but he said that the resulting loss of weight was gradual (and also permanent).
As a general rule he found that his overweight subjects lost 15 lbs (7 kilos) a YEAR just by taking 2 TEASPOONS of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water at each meal.

Professor Carol S. Johnston, while conducting vinegar and diabetes experiments found that her subjects were losing on average 2 pounds (0.9 kilos) but this was after 4 WEEKS of taking 2 TABLESPOONS of ACV added to 8 ounces of water before each of 2 meals daily.

There are so many other factors involved in weight loss such as the amount and type of food you eat, how much exercise you get, etc., etc., not to mention that each person's metabolism is different. So patience is required.
