I'm excited! After only one week using ACV

I have had a weight problem all of my life. Unfortunately, I seem to be either losing or gaining all the time, never just maintaining. I rejoined Weight Watchers about a month ago and have been losing about 1 pound a week.
A friend at work heard about using ACV to aid in weight loss so I decided to try it. The dosage she suggested was alot higher then everything I have seen here. We started with 3 tablespoons each of ACV and honey with 16 oz of water. That is a bit hard to take! I cut that back to 2 tblsp each ACV/honey to 16 oz water, and that is even more than the recipes on this website call for.
Anyway, I lost 4 pounds this week by following my Weight Watchers program and adding the ACV. I'm going to try cutting back to 1 tblsp each ACV/honey and see what happens.
Where has this been all of my life? Does anyone know how this works for helping to maintain weight?
