I was informed about ACV at my gym by an ex boxing instructor.
I take 2 table spoons 3 times per day, and I have cut out carbs from my diet: chicken, vegetables and whole wheat products only.
I have lost 7 pounds in 1 week!
I will be sticking to this healthy diet.
I have never been overweight, but was unable to shed the 10 pounds I wanted to lose.
I am so thrilled that summer is around the corner and I now have the body to show off.
