Skeptical at First, But ACV is Working

This is the whole truth. I never heard of apple cider vinegar until I stumbled upon it as a pop up internet weight loss ad.
Just the same way I stumbled upon this website, I decided to get a bottle of the Bragg ACV from my local Walmart on February 8, 2017.
Tomorrow would make it exactly 2 months and I have lost 11 pounds. I'm 6.2 tall. I still have about 40 pounds to lose to reach my goal.
I now go to the gym about twice a week for 20 minutes or thereabouts. My diet has not changed besides giving up red wine.
I was taking about 4 tbsp three times a day and shortly before meals. I read that one should only take about 1 to 2 tbsp 2x or 3x a day, nothing more, else it can deplete the potassium in the body.
Also I take it with warmed water, half glass of water with straw, so as not to damage the enamel of my teeth. It is a bad idea to swallow ACV raw because of its 5% acidity.
I don't drink it with honey because I like the taste as it is and also because I want to avoid that extra sugar from honey.
I'm so happy with ACV. I intend to use it continually for many years to come.
Additionally, I have started using ACV as aftershave and deodorant. One teaspoon of ACV mixed with one teaspoon of water, rubbed onto where it is needed. My smelly foot problem was gone on first use.
Today at the bank, a lady told me that my face and skin are so healthy/shiny. I was happy to reveal the secret, ACV.
One thing I noticed is this. ACV affects the waistline first before you notice reduction in belly fat.
While my belly fat has not yet reduced a lot, I tried on some of my previously unwearable tight jeans yesterday and to my shock, they fitted perfectly well.
Since ACV is working for me, I'm willing to wait for two years to reach my ideal goal of weighing 200-210 pounds. Weight that goes away gradually can only come back gradually, no yoyo effect expected.
I wish everyone good luck.
