I used to be very thin but was not happy, so I started taking a drink that added pounds and it worked.
But when I got older, the weight came on easier and rather quickly and would not come off that easy. It seems that I could almost look at something sweet and eat the whole package, and that was not good at all.
I started drinking apple cider vinegar to help lower my occasional high blood pressure spike and it was working. Then I started doing it for weight loss, now that I'm going through menopause because nothing had worked for me.
It has been a couple of days and I've lost a pound and 1/2. Can't wait to step on the scale in another couple of days.
Thanks for all the positive written reports. Keep them coming and I will add more as the excess weight rolls off.
Ann
Comments for Using ACV in the middle of my menopause season, so to speak.
