I am an 18 year old female.
I have never been overweight, but decided to start taking apple cider vinegar with water to improve my health.
After about two weeks, my hair began to look shinier and I even lost stubborn fat in my stomach area and my torso. Also, it helps me feel full before a meal and because I take it with water, I stay hydrated all day!
I would recommend this to anyone because the results are plentiful.
